Kanye West’s Complicated History With Presidents
Music superstar Kanye West has never been one to shy away from expressing his opinions on a variety of issues, like Black Lives Matter, or sharing this thoughts about Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Taylor Swift.
His meeting with President-elect Donald Trump on Tuesday morning sparked speculation that a potential Cabinet post or a performance at Trump’s inauguration might be what was being discussed. However, when asked what he and West talked about, Trump responded, “Life. We discussed life.”
Despite West’s rosy start with the incoming president, the rap artist turned fashion mogul has a rather complicated history with commanders in chief past and present.
