Kanye West, Tyga, Mia Khalifa Model In Y/Project Paris Fashion Week 2024 Lookbook

Kanye West, Tyga, and Mia Khalifa headline the roster of new faces for the Y/Project clothing brand.
On Tuesday (March 12), Y/Project unveiled its FW24 lookbook, which included photos of West, Tyga, Mia Khalifa, and others sporting items from its latest collection. In addition to the aforementioned trio, the lookbook features several other celebrities modeling Y/Project wears, including Charli XCX, Irina Shayk, Frédérique Hazout, and more.
Matthias Martens, the father of Y/Project creative director Glenn Martens – whom the collection celebrates – also appears in the lookbook. A fashion industry veteran, Glenn Martens’ impact on making Y/Project a success and boosting its popularity among consumers was acknowledged by Pascal Conte-Jodra, the brand’s recently appointed CEO.
“Under Glenn Martens’ influential vision, the brand effortlessly resonates with the global Generation Z audience, propelling us to the forefront of fashion’s evolution,” Conte-Jodra said in a statement. “I look forward to taking Y/Project to new heights, where innovation, passion, and a commitment to authenticity will define our path to success.”
Earlier this month, the Y/Project Paris Week fashion show, which was scheduled for March 3, was cancelled due to “uncertain times” in the fashion world. “We believe this decision is a rational response to the current environment, demonstrating our prudence and foresight,” Conte-Jodra told WWD. “While we recognize the importance of traditional fashion shows, we are confident that this alternative approach aligns best with our goals for the season.”
That cancellation resulted in Y/Project’s decision to instead release its new lookbook, which features Kanye West once again lending his coveted cosign to the brand. In 2024, the rapper and wife Bianca Censori were spotted in Paris wearing matching Y/Project jewelry during Paris Fashion Week, most noticeably a middle finger earing worn by Censori, and a middle finger pendant worn by West.
