Kanye West Surprises Wife Kim Kardashian with Engraved Necklace Honoring Her Accomplishments
Kim Kardashian-West hopped on Instagram Sunday night to share a sentimental gift from her husband Kanye West.
In her post, Kim explained the gift was a Cartier gold plague necklace engraved with a text he sent her back in May that celebrated her life and accomplishments.
The text inscribed on the necklace reads, "This your life, married with four kids, get people out of jail, the cover of Vogue, go to church every week with your family, dreams come true."

"Married with four kids"
The first dream-come-true Kanye praised Kim for was the accomplishment of becoming his bride and bringing four kids into their tribe.
Childbirth for Kim was no easy feat. In her first two pregnancies with North, 6, and Saint, 4, she first developed a high blood pressure condition called preeclampsia and then was hit with placenta accreta, which required surgery to treat.
When it came to Chicago, 1, and eight-month-old Psalm, Kim used surrogates to ensure a safe delivery. However, despite her pregnancy struggles, Kim always had her sights set on being a mother.
After giving birth to North, she told Ellen Degeneres, "I always wanted about six. After having her, I would have a million."
With this quote, it seems Kim and Kanye may not be finished adding to their fam just yet!
"Get people out of jail"
Next, Kanye's message referenced Kim's legal work, telling Kim "[You] get people out of jail."
This statement is in reference to Kim's legal battle to help Cyntoia Brown gain release. Brown, a victim of sex-trafficking, was convicted of killing her pimp in 2004 and was sentenced to life in prison.
Kim helped Cyntoia's cause by raising awareness on social media and assigning her legal team to help.
After 15 years in prison, Cyntoia, 31, was granted clemency and released from prison in 2019.
"Cover of Vogue"
Around the time Kanye sent his original text, Kim had just scored Vogue's May 2019 cover.
In the article, Kim discusses how her legal pursuits gained fire, explaining the White House wanted her opinion on changing the process of clemency but she felt she needed to learn more on the subject before weighing in.
CNN commentator Van Jones compared Vogue to the Elle Woods of our time.
"But she's so much deeper than that because the gravity of the issues she's taking on is so tragic and all-pervasive. I think she's going to be a singular person in American life," Jones told Vogue.
"Go to church every week with your family"
Finally, Kanye mentioned Kim's devotion to her family and religion, bringing up how she attends church every week with her family.
In April 2019, Kim described church services to People as a "healing process" for her and Kanye.
Kim also posted pictures with her children in an Armenian church during their recent trip. The post details that Kim was baptized along with her kids during the experience.
With all messages explained, it seems fitting that Kanye would proudly tell his wife "dreams come true."
