Kanye West made a surprise visit to Chance The Rapper’s packed out and star studded Magnificent Coloring Day Festival on Saturday at U.S. Celluar field in Chicago. To the surprise of all, Yeezy blessed his city with a loaded set of hits before heading out.

The crowd was thrilled to see the prodigal son return to the city that made him who he is today. Yeezus proverbially passed the torch to Chano on that historic evening. “I’m so proud of this young man right here, for putting this all together,” he said to the crowd.

“Black Skinhead,” “Can’t Tell Me Nothin,” “Touch The Sky,” “All Falls Down,” “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1 and 2,” and many more including his own collabo with Chance — the awe inspiring “Ultralight Beam”.

The sold out and historic music festival, being the first to ever take place at the U.S. Cellular field, also featured Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, John Legend, Skrillex and Alicia Keys.

Yeezy and Chano are currently working on a collaborative album reportedly entitled Good Ass Job that has yet to have a release date as of press time, but he managed to elaborate on the upcoming project in an interview with Power 106.

The Good Ass Job, that’s something that’s just been a dream for me,” he told “The Cruz Show on Power 106. “I’m a Chicago kid, so I’m a super ‘Ye fan, and I used to watch all the, you know, YouTube videos and, like, him speaking. And I remember just watching a video a long time ago where he would go on, he was explaining, you know, how you have your College Dropout, and then you go back you have your Late Registration, and then you finally get your Graduation. And after you graduate, you gotta go get a Good Ass Job, so that was a thing in my head forever, and, you know, if you’re a ‘Ye fan, you know, then he went on 808s & Heartbreak, and then you’re like, ‘OK, Good Ass Job will be next,’ and then he does Dark Twisted Fantasy and Watch the Throne.”
