Kanye West Shares Official Jesus Is King Tracklist

Kanye West’s new album Jesus Is King is due tomorrow, and today, he’s shared the album’s tracklist with the word “midnight.” (It did not come out at midnight.) It features songs he shared at listening party events the weekend of September 27-29—the album’s originally announced release date. That includes “Use the Gospel”—the new song featuring Clipse and Kenny G (though the features aren’t listed). Check out the tracklist below.

Notably, the tracklist doesn’t include “New Body,” which was played last night at the L.A. event. During the listening events last month, Kanye told the crowd that the song “New Body” would feature a guest verse from Nicki Minaj. In a new interview, Nicki revealed that the two were having creative differences on the track. “What’s funny is that I did a song with Kanye, that he now wants to transform into a gospel song,” she said. “I done wrote three different verses chile, and I don’t know. We ain’t seeing eye to eye on it. I don’t know, but of course, I love and respect Kanye, and Kim, we’ll see what happens with that.”

The tracklist has changed around multiple times between Kim Kardashian’s initial teaser and the subsequent listening parties. Take a look at a side-by-side comparison of how the tracklist has changed courtesy of TeamKanyeDaily.

Today, a two-hour conversation between Kanye and Zane Lowe was shared. Read about last night’s L.A. event, last month’s New York event, and revisit “What We Saw at Kanye’s ye Listening Party in Wyoming.”
