Kanye West is reportedly at the center of a new battery investigation after defending his wife, Bianca Censori, from an unnamed assailant.

The rapper potentially faces a new round of legal troubles after he was documented as a suspect in a new battery report, law enforcement sources told TMZ. According to the publication, police are investigating new claims that the 46-year-old punched a man in the face late in the evening on Tuesday, April 16—after the man allegedly grabbed the 29-year-old Yeezy architectural designer.

The couple is said to have fled the scene after the incident. The alleged assailant reportedly did not need any medical attention.

It's not clear if this happened on Disneyland property, where the couple enjoyed a date night the same evening, or if it happened after their visit, nor is it clear if the alleged assailant is the one who filed the complaint with police.

According to a representative for the rapper, who later spoke with TMZ, she wasn't just "grabbed" but "was battered and sexually assaulted."

"'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened," they explained, asserting that "Bianca was physically assaulted."

"The assailant didn't merely collide into her," they continued. "He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses."

It's unknown at this time if the alleged assailant is facing any charges for assaulting Censori.

Parade has reached out to reps for the rapper for comment.
