Kanye West had some harsh words for Kai Cenat after a merchandise promo went wrong. The Chicago rapper reached out to the streamer after catching wind that a pair of oversized sweatpants were joked about on Cenat’s platform.

During an unboxing of apparel for West and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vulture‘s album live-streamed on Twitch, Cenat realized the sweatpants were not his size. In fact, the pants were comedically oversized, resulting in the 22-year-old sharing his honest reaction.

“Bro, this sh*t is not fitting me, bro,’ yelled Cenat. “Bro Ye, you supposed to send an extra small…. not an extra extra large! The f**k am I supposed to do with this sh*t?” Cenat continued as he danced to an instrumental of 50 Cent’s “In Da Club,” shifting the waistband around his body.

Although Cenat’s audience might have found the moment funny, the “Gold Digger” performer was less than pleased. Following the display, West sent a message to Cenat on social media regarding the sweatpants debacle. In true streamer fashion, Cenat shared the correspondence live with his followers.

“Don’t make no jokes about my clothes…When you ain’t saying nothing about what Adidas is doing…When Vultures song came out you ain’t play my verse…You controlled. Don’t play with me,” pressed the 46-year-old through an Instagram direct message.

“wtf did i do,” responded Cenat.

To hopefully prevent any further miscommunications, West’s manager John Monopoly joined the chat. Cenat streamed the conversation.

“I think if we respect one another and take the time to communicate from a mature perspective,” detailed Monolopy. “I think we need to just develop a relationship. You know what I’m saying? This my first time meeting you, my first time speaking with you.”

The entire ordeal went down after Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign headlined Rolling Loud California as the only act on the Thursday night lineup. According to Variety, the men stood onstage for an hour while pre-recorded music played for the audience.

“People just came for the experience,” explained the musicians.
