Kanye West’s 2019 collaboration with Dr. Dre has leaked, Variety has confirmed. Titled “Jesus Is King 2,” the album is a follow-up to West’s Grammy-winning first full gospel album. Apparently an unfinished version of “Yeezus” called “Thank God for Drugs” has also leaked, but details were less clear.

As reported by HipHopDX, “Jesus Is King 2” features 15 tracks, primarily Dre-helmed remixes of songs from the first version of the album, with guest spots from Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Travis Scott, Pusha T, 2 Chainz, Anderson .Paak, A$AP Ferg and Marsha Ambrosius. There are also a number of new West verses.

West is said to be working on new material but he is currently without a record label or publishing deal, having left Universal and Sony Music respectively at the conclusion of his deals, which roughly coincided with his spate of antisemitic comments last year. Unsurprisingly, those comments led to the termination of a number of his business deals.

A monumentally prolific musician, West has recorded a large number of unreleased albums over the years. “Jesus Is King 2” was first announced by West in November 2019, only a few weeks after the release of the expanded version of the original album.

“Ye and Dre Jesus is King Part II coming soon,” he wrote on Twitter while sharing a photo of him and the West Coast hitmaker in the studio together.

“Jesus Is King is my first clean album,” he said. “I used to spend all my time trying to make my beats be mixed as good as Dr. Dre. Who knew all I had to do was do an album for God and then Dr. Dre would start mixing my beats? Spend your time on God, and he’ll handle the rest.”
