What Is Going On With Kanye?

Between his Sunday Services and postponing his upcoming album Jesus Is King, Kanye West is going through an interesting time right now.

While promoting _Jesus Is King _ (release date TBD), West talked to Zane Lowe for his Apple Music Beats 1 show and called himself "unquestionably, undoubtedly the greatest human artist of all time."

Keeping Things Pure

Not only that, but he opened up about the process of making Jesus Is King and explained that he had a very unorthodox rule: No one on the team was allowed to have premarital sex.

"There were times where I was asking people not to have premarital sex while they were working on the album. There were times where I went to people that were working on other projects and said, can you just work and focus on this? I thought if we could all focus and fast – families who pray together stay together."

West also opened up about his own experiences with sex, claiming that he was exposed to pornography at a young age and became addicted to sex after the death of his mother.

"Some people drown themselves in drugs, and I drown myself in my addiction: sex."

Political Aspirations

In the interview, West also outlined his political ambitions, mocking the backlash from his dealings with Trump in 2019.

"For the greatest artist in human existence to put a red hat on was God’s practical joke to all liberals. Like, ‘No! Not Kanye!’ There will be a time when I will be the president of the US and I will remember… any founder that didn’t have the capacity to understand culturally what we were doing."

Truly, there is never a dull moment with Ye.
