The movie’s official announcement happened in September 2022, with the principal photography initiating in the same month and concluding by November 2022. Hesham Abdul Wahab took charge of composing the music, while Santhana Krishnan Ravichandran and Kiran Das managed the editing and cinematography, respectively.

Aside from Kalyani Priyadarshan, the film features Femina George as Ramya Aavani, and Shaheen Siddique as Solomon Margarete. Additionally, the cast includes Parvathi T. as Catherine, Aneesh G. Menon as Asif, Sabumon Abdusamad as Jayesh Nair, Sudheesh as Muneer. They are joined by Shaju Sreedhar as LP Gopakumar and Navas Vallikkunnu as Rafeeq.

Manu C. Kumar is both the writer and director of the film. Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy produced Sesham Mike-il Fathima under Passion Studios and The Route banners.
