Congratulations are in order for Kali Uchis and Don Toliver as they officially become parents together. The couple safely welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, to the world earlier this week. The pregnancy was first announced back in January on Instagram, and the two have shared the news of their child’s arrival in a similar fashion.

The artists uploaded a joint video post on IG of intimate moments together with their new blessing. The sweet caption reads: “you are everything we could have hoped for & more. Thank you God for our beautiful healthy baby boy, & thank you all for the Good energy along the way. may our home & your homes forever be blessed with peace, happiness & health.”

The Red Moon In Venus songstress previously detailed what it was like to hide the pregnancy during its early stages and how relieving it was to finally share the news.

“I’m really happy. It feels really freeing,” she shared with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1. “We go out all the time to eat or to run errands or to whatever, and I would just be wearing a coat because I didn’t want anyone to sneak a picture or make an announcement for us. So yeah, it’s a good feeling to just be out with it now.”

As for Don, the new dad is steadily working on perfecting his upcoming release. The Love Sick creator recently announced his next album is officially arriving this summer, and also treated fans with a single, “Deep In The Water,” on Thursday (March 14).

After rumors were swirling for a few months prior, the couple first confirmed their relationship back in 2021. Toliver dished to W Magazine, “We’re not crazy public or nothing like that. We just vibe.”

Since then, the two have put their love on public display in several ways. From PDA on red carpets to collaborating on music, the pair has been going strong for over two years. Toliver traveled with Uchis to her motherland, Colombia, to shoot music videos for “What You Need” and “Drugs N Hella Melodies,” both of which can be found on his 2021 sophomore album, Life of a DON.
