Kaley Cuoco Reacts To Ricky Gervais' Golden Globes 2020 Speech On Morning Instagram Walk

The Golden Globes 2020 now seem dominated by the headline-making monologue made by British comedian Ricky Gervais. Social media has since been swamped by reactions to Gervais basically ripping Hollywood apart, although it looks like one of the industry's most famous faces has delivered her own personal reaction.

Kaley Cuoco updated her Instagram stories on Monday morning while taking an early morning walk. The "Big Bang Theory" actress didn't take to one of her "A Cup of Cuoco" episodes, but she managed to deliver her thoughts on the 77th annual Golden Globes regardless.

The video showed Kaley in selfie mode. The 34-year-old was slightly out of breath and walking in a dark gray hoodie while speaking into the camera.

Kaley opened by saying that her video wasn't exactly "A Cup of Cuoco," then letting Instagram know that she takes walks (and they make her feel old).

Kaley then offered some brief thoughts on the Golden Globes.

"I loved the Golden Globes last night, " she said, calling it "one of my favorites."

"Ricky Gervais...hilarious. His jokes were so brilliant," she continued.

"And then Ellen's speech...I mean, Tom Hanks' speech. Oh my god. Every speech was more amazing...," Kaley added before saying that each one got "better and better."

What Ricky Said: The Highlights

Ricky managed to target just about everyone in the news, including teenage environmental activitist Greta Thunberg.

"So if you do win an award tonight, don't use it as a political platform to make a political speech. You're in no position to lecture the public about anything, you know nothing about the real world. Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg. So, if you win, come up, accept your little award, thank your agent and your God and f— off. OK," he said.

And The Rest

Gervais also mentioned disgraced actress Felicity Huffman, whose 14 days in prison for her involvement in the college admission scandals have made global headlines.

"I came here in a limo tonight and the license plate was made by Felicity Huffman," he said.

"It’s her daughter I feel sorry for. That must be the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to her. And her dad was in Wild Hogs," he added.

"Titanic" actor Leonardo DiCaprio was also targeted.

"Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was nearly three hours long. Leonardo DiCaprio attended the premiere, and by the end his date was too old for him," Ricky said.

And James Corden Wasn't Let Off The Hook

James Corden may recently have made headlines for leaving a $2,020 restaurant tip with Adele and Harry Styles, but the Brit was also jabbed at, alongside Judi Dench.

"The world got to see James Corden as a fat p----. He was also in the movie Cats but no one saw that. And the reviews, shocking. I saw one that said this is the worst thing to happen to cats since dogs. But Dame Judi Dench defended the film by saying it was the role she was born to play because she…I can’t do this next joke…because she loves nothing better than plunking herself down on the carpet, lifting her leg, and licking her [bleep]. Furball. Furball. She’s old school. It’s the last time, who cares."

Clearly, though Kaley was fine with the whole thing.
