Kaley Cuoco Jokes About Daughter Matilda, 1, Discovering a Mirror: ‘She’s Definitely Our Kid’

Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey's daughter is just like her parents!

On April 6, Cuoco, 38, shared two cute Instagram Stories posts featuring Matilda — who celebrated her 1st birthday on March 30 — and joked that the little one was displaying behavior that "definitely" meant she was the product of her famous mom and dad.

In the first post, Matilda stood in front of a mirror, grasping each side of it as she grinned at her reflection. "She found the mirror," the actress wrote across the post, which had an extra dash of cuteness thanks to the yellow and purple floral playsuit Matilda wore.

Next up, Cuoco shared a slightly zoomed-out snap of the little girl in the same pose, this time turning back to look at her mom.

Matilda's excitement at the mirror prompted an amused Cuoco to add the caption, "She's definitely our kid lol" over the image.

Cuoco recently expressed the "deepest perfect joy" Matilda has brought since she arrived a year ago in a birthday Instagram post shared on March 30.

"🩷Matilda🩷 you are 1! Best year of our lives .. you are a gift from above and have brought the deepest perfect joy to our entire family!," she began.

The sweet note was written alongside a video of photos and clips of the first year of her daughter's life and was soundtracked by the Gabby Barrett track "Growin' Up Raising You."

Cuoco continued, "Dada and I love you more than we could possibly ever explain . I cannot wait to see who you become, but for now, please stay my precious 1 year old forever. 🩷🩷 @tommypelphrey thank you for being the best daddy (besides my own) the world has ever seen. She’s perfect.🩷."

"🎈Happy birthday, angel girl! 🎂" she concluded the birthday tribute.

A few days later, Cuoco shared some snaps on her Instagram Stories from the adorable Minnie Mouse-themed party she and Pelphrey had thrown for her daughter. In one post, Cuoco said that she had "nailed it" despite being in the “unfamilar” city of Philadelphia.

In her posts, the actress shared various highlights from the day, including pictures of Matilda in gold sequin Minnie Mouse ears and a pink tutu, a pink balloon arch shaped like Minnie Mouse's ears (that Cuoco revealed her daughter "was obsessed" with), a pink Minnie Mouse smash cake and a “Classic Princess” bouncy castle, which the actress said was a “massive hit” with partygoers.

Cuoco had also organized face-painting sessions and balloons for the kids and provided food for her guests in the form of ice cream and taco trucks.

In the last snap she shared from Matilda’s birthday bash, Cuoco stood clapping next to her daughter and some Mickey and Minnie Mouse soft toys.

“Happiest girl and happiest day! ❤️❤️❤️,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you to all our friends and family who came out and made it extra special. I will remember it forever ❤️❤️❤️❤️."
