'K.C. Undercover' Star's Girlfriend Claims He 'Head-Butted' And Choked Her, Files Restraining Order

Disney Channel star Chris Tavarez is being accused of head-butting and choking his girlfriend after she detailed a brutal assault in a filed a restraining order she filed against the actor.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Tavarez's girlfriend (who we have chosen not to name) claims they had been dating for only two months before having a blowout fight at the actor's home in Hollywood.

The 21-year old woman filed a restraining order against Tavarez this week, details what she claims was a brutal attack that left her hospitalized with a concussion.

"He Put Both Hands Around My Neck..."

In her declaration, she says Chris, "started picking a fight with me which started out of the blue. He started yelling in my face things like “shut the f*** up” and “b***h.” I got up to go to the bed and (he) grabbed me with both arms and pushed me against a wall. He then put both hands around my neck. I immediately started crying. I was able to get away and go to the bedroom.

She continued, "Things calmed down for an hour. But then the verbal aggressiveness began again. He started insulting me and putting me down and comparing me to the other girls. This lasted about five minutes and I started to get up and leave. He then grabbed me by both of my arms and would not let me get up and leave the bed. I tried to get up at least two more times but he held me down. Then (he) started slapping me hard on both sides of my face and eyes. He did this at least ten times."

Accusations Of A Violent 'Head Butt'

In the documents, she says that's when Tavarez, "headbutted me to the back of my head. He also pulled my hair to the point where my head was restricted. I was hysterical."

In the request for a restraining order, Taverez's girlfriend says after 30 minutes, while laying on the bed, Chris "jumped on top of me and bit my right shoulder hard for 20 seconds. I was able to get up and get dressed and I attempted to leave. But, respondent prevented me from leaving and started slapping me in the face again. This laster for an hour. He kept saying “You are not going to leave.”

Alleged Victim Hospitalized With Concussion

After leaving the actor's home, she claims she waited two days before checking herself into a hospital.

"I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a concussion. I was too afraid and shocked to go any sooner. The hospital called the police and when they came, I filed a police report," she says in the documents.

A Los Angeles County judge issued a temporary restraining order, saying Tavarez must stay 100 yards away from her and have no contact.

Details of Actor's Arrest For Domestic Violence

"I am very scared for my safety based on this incident. I don’t know what (he) is capable of doing," she concluded.

As we reported, Chris Tavarez was arrested this week after his girlfriend filed a police report for domestic violence.

LAPD arrested the actor and he was booked on a felony domestic violence charge. He was released on $100,000 bail.

K.C Undercover Several days later, Tavarez was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence. He was released on $100k bail.

Tavarez is best known for playing Darien on the hit Disney show 'K.C. Undercover' starring Zendaya. Chris also appeared in Tyler Perry's "Meet the Browns."
