Justin Timberlake and MrBeast are exploring a home that features quite a few perks, and a hefty price tag!

In his latest video, titled "$1 Vs $100,000,000 House!" the famed YouTuber is joined by several famous pals, including Timberlake, as they tour homes of different price points — from a $1 "shed" that's seemingly on its last leg to the most expensive mansion — actually worth $139,000 MrBeast noted — that MrBeast includes as his $100 million mansion.

The ultra-expensive pad featured in the 20-minute video has three stories and includes 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a view of the Los Angles skyline, a $2.5 million car elevator, a massive home theatre with reclining seating and a giant remote-control screen that can appear on command behind an outdoor pool.

"This is Justin's house and he's going to show us around," MrBeast joked at the start of the segment, before the 42-year-old pop star replied with a "No" as he laughed off the suggestion.

"The CGI is perfect," Timberlake joked as he walked into the home and saw the view of LA through the huge windows the home boasts. "It looks real."

After putting the home in his personal "top five," Timberlake was then given an exclusive tour as he took a look at a stunning kitchen that he joked was "minimalist," another room with walls that were made out of rare marble imported from Italy an ice room, a $2.5 million car elevator and a $1 million chandelier that was so heavy it caused the home's ceiling to dip, according to MrBeast.

At one point, the group even took a look at an apparent dinosaur fossil, and later the home's "primary bedroom," which included a jumbo shower that they revealed can allow the homeowner to "shower with 10 people."

"That's my thing, man," Timberlake joked in response.

At the end of the tour, MrBeast asked Timberlake if he'd be down to purchase the mansion, and after confirming that one of MrBeast's friends' shirts came with the property, he jokingly said, "I'm in."

But the more than $100 million home was only one of the tours that MrBeast took celebrities on in his latest video. Elsewhere, he was also joined by Mark Cuban and Miranda Cosgrove for a few others. Cuban joined the crew as they peeped a $45 million pad in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, while Cosgrove checked out a $69 million mansion which the iCarly star laughed was "a lot bigger" than her own home.

As MrBeast's crew looked throughout the $69 million home, they pointed out "priceless artworks and sculptures," a one-of-one custom sound system and sky bridges that allow visitors to bounce between rooms. The home was also built to withstand the force of a tsunami, MrBeast revealed in the video, due to its unique shape.

While Timberlake may not actually buy the home worth more than $100 million, he is dipping his toes into a new venture.

Just last month, the *NSYNC member and Tiger Woods opened a new sports bar in New York City, T-Squared Social, in partnership with NEXUS Luxury Collection and 8AM Golf. The latest venture between the athlete and entertainer offers an extensive drink menu, a food menu with an "elevated take" on classics, and plenty of other goodies.

It also features Full Swing golf simulators, duckpin bowling and darts, and TVs for guests to watch their favorite sports.

"We knew a concept like T-Squared Social would thrive in New York," Timberlake said in a release.

"It’s a beautiful space that transcends the typical sports bar experience. You can go to be entertained without sacrificing quality or comfort. We’re excited to be partnering with 8AM Golf on this incredible opportunity right in the heart of one of the greatest cities in the world.”
