Justin Timberlake is getting ready to put on his “Suit & Tie” and take to the stage!

The pop singer, 42, will play a special hometown show to an intimate crowd of 2,300 fans at The Orpheum in Memphis, Tennessee on Friday, and he’s giving fans a tease before the concert.

On Thursday, the Grammy winner shared a clip of rehearsal footage and a handful of behind-the-scenes shots on social media to offer fans a taste of what they can expect.

To his Instagram Story and X (formerly Twitter), the *NSYNC member shared a clip filmed from the audience at the iconic venue that revealed the stage set up. While crooning a verse in the video, long, sheer-looking curtains pull back to show he’ll be joined by a full band and a group of back-up singers.

It’s unclear if the full production design was set up in the rehearsal footage, but it appears as though the “Mirrors” singer and his band will have at least one light-up platform to perform on. It also looks like he may play his set in front of the theater’s regal curtains — which would be a fitting set for the musician, as it calls back the vintage-inspired, neo-soul sound from much of his discography.

Timberlake also shared a handful of shots of the regal venue on his Story, including a photo of the ornate interior of the theater and another look at the stage and its sheer curtains.

The musician continued to get fans hyped up for his return to music by announcing just hours before the concert that he's set to perform as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live next week. The appearance will come after his scheduled visit to The Tonight Show starring his longtime friend Jimmy Fallon on Jan. 25.

The “SexyBack” artist announced his Orpheum Theater concert just last week by posting a photo of a billboard promoting the gig on Instagram. Hailing from the city’s iconic Beale Street, the billboard simply reads: “JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE IS PERFORMING FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY IN MEMPHIS THE ORPHEUM THEATER 1/19.”

He shared the concert tease along with a throwback video of himself in his hometown as a kid, a photo of his schedule pegged to the performance and a brief audio snippet of what appears to be an unreleased track.

Tickets to the superstar’s one-off theater show were free and offered at random to fans who signed up for them ahead of time via Ticketmaster. Those who were selected were notified on Thursday.

The singer-songwriter has been getting fans excited for new music in recent weeks. Earlier this month, he scrubbed his Instagram account of all content to usher in his next era.

Since then, he’s also shared a carousel of what’s seemingly coming soon, featuring a behind-the-scenes look at a wardrobe fitting and photoshoot, as well as a wanted poster for Timberlake, among other shots. He captioned the post, “EITIW,” which fans speculate to be the title of a new single.

Timberlake has yet to release a full-length solo album since 2018’s Man of the Woods.

Since then, he’s collaborated on singles and remixes with artists such as DJ Khaled, Jack Harlow, Coco Jones and others. Last year also saw him reunite with a handful of his iconic collaborators, including Timbaland and Nelly Furtado on the single “Keep Going Up.”

He also joined forces with his *NSYNC bandmates for a long-awaited reunion. The legendary pop group got back together to record their first track in over 20 years, “Better Place,” for the Trolls: Band Together soundtrack.

The "Cry Me a River" singer has also seldom performed live since the release of his fifth studio album. After wrapping up the record's tour in 2019, he's played only several private events. Recently, though, the hitmaker played to a crowd of A-listers at the invite-only opening event at the new Fontainebleau hotel and casino in Las Vegas.
