Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Seen Together For First Time Since Alisha Wainwright Drama
Towards the end of last year, controversy broke out as the pop star and former NSYNC member, Justin Timberlake, was seen holding hand with Alisha Wainwright, a castmember with him on the set of the film, Palmer. The problem was Timberlake is married to Jessica Biel.
When photos of the 'transgression' were revealed and the media reported on the incident, Timberlake was in hot water with Biel, and it was rumored that the hand-holding drama was causing quite the rift between the two. Timberlake, of course, immediately came out with a statement in which he apologized for his behavior, citing alcohol being involved, but also reassuring fans that nothing happened between himself and Wainwright.

Onlooker Shares That It Seemed 'All Had Been Forgiven'
Since the fiasco, the couple had not been spotted in public and it was reported that they were having trouble working through the issue, citing trust as the driving factor for the problem with reconciliation.
However, time seems to have healed any wounds that were present as the power couple was seen dining at the Hotel Bel-Air on Wednesday, with both Timberlake and Biel looking happy and jovial with each other.
An onlooker, who happened to be at the restaurant at the same time shared that it looked as though 'all had been forgiven'. They elaborated sharing, "It seemed like all was forgiven - for sure. Justin seemed to be intently focused on the conversation with Jessica. He was extra attentive, rubbing her shoulders and leaning into her."
But Has All Actually Been Forgiven?
While the same onlooker believes that the two are good, once again, they did offer some interesting insight that Timberlake might still be working on obtaining forgiveness from Biel.
"There was a couple of times when it seemed the conversation was a bit tense with both looking deep in thought," the onlooker revealed. "But the two ate off of each other’s plates as they engaged in conversation. Then they left the hotel arm in arm after what looked to be a fun dinner date.
Despite the two looking amicable together from an outsider's perspective, it might be that Biel still needs time to get over the thought of Timberlake potentially cheating on her.
Biel Encouraged Timberlake to Put Out Public Apology
As previously mentioned, this was the first time that the couple had been spotted in public since the reported incident. And although Timberlake issued a formal apology towards Biel, sources have recently reported that the former 7th Heaven star is still struggling to cope with the mishap.
One source shared that it was Biel's idea for Timberlake to make a public and formal apology to let fans know that the two were 'still united'. "Jessica encouraged Justin to put out his statement on Instagram because she felt embarrassed by his actions and wanted him to take accountability," the source shared.
Suspicion and Trust Issues Still Present For the Couple
Another source reported just last week to Us Weekly that Biel was still bothered by the whole ordeal and that it was making her more time to get through the hurt, as well as, build trust between the two of them.
"Jessica gets bothered when Justin seems like he's on his phone for too long and she still has her suspicions, but he is insisting that nothing happened and has been telling her that she has zero reasons not to trust him," they said.
"She has made it known that she is not happy with him drinking too much and for acting the way that he did," the source continued. "He knows he messed up and has been on his best behavior."
So while all might seem well on the surface, reports indicate that Timberlake might have some more work to do to prove that he's only invested in his wife, Jessica, and not any other castmembers.
