Long tells Jesse Tyler Ferguson on his podcast that, "Not many things pair with Long."

It's good that Justin Long has that whole acting thing going for him.

On Tuesday, he told Jesse Tyler Ferguson on the Modern Family alum's Dinner's on Me podcast that there would be a problem with him going into porn: someone is already using the name that he would have used.

At one point in the conversation, Ferguson complimented Long on his last name, to which Long noted that there weren't many things that rhymed with it. Ferguson suggested "schlong," and Long explained that he'd been nicknamed that in high school.

"On our podcast," the host of Life is Short with Justin Long said, "we asked people if they had a nickname and mine was Schlong and it went on for so long that I just adopted it. Justin Schlong. And I stopped caring about, you know, cause when you're that age, everything bothers you."

Ferguson found this amusing.

"When you go into porn, officially, cause I know you played a porn star," Ferguson said. "When you officially go into porn, that will be your name: Justin Schlong."

"Here's the problem, Jesse," Long said.

"What?" Ferguson replied. "It's already taken."

On a more serious note, the two talked about Long's feelings toward his former flame Drew Barrymore.

"I don't think love — unless there's some great offense, some criminal offense — I don't think love disappears," Long told Ferguson. "I mean that about [Barrymore]. When I think of her, I have such deep affection and I'll always root for her and I just, I love her."
