ERIC EDHOLM: Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields, the two-year starter with the Buckeyes who led that team to the playoffs the past two seasons after transferring from Georgia, and he's now one of the better NFL quarterback prospects in 2021. Why? Well, in the upside, he's got outstanding physical traits. The combination of arm talent, running ability, and a great build to handle the rigors of the league makes him one of the most exciting quarterback prospects. The Clemson game, in particular, showed just how lethal he can be. On the downside, he was inconsistent in 2020, some questionable decisions against Michigan State, Indiana, Northwestern-- there's some tape that needs to be cleaned up right there. And Fields needs to be a little quicker at processing and handling pressure better.

For an NFL comp, though, we see a very similar transformation to what we had from Dak Prescott coming out of college, and now becoming one of the stars in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys.
