"As humans we are imperfect. My past, my mistakes, all the things that I’ve been through, I believe that I’m right where I’m supposed to be and God has me right where he wants me. I feel like this is different than the previous albums just because of where I’m at in my life."

A Massive New Tour

"Yummy" is set to drop on January 3rd and the tour will kick off on May 14th at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington and conclude on September 26th at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Fans definitely should have seen this announcement coming, as Bieber has been teasing the developments on his Instagram for days.

Bieber's last album was 2015's Purpose, and while he has collaborated on a number of singles since then, fans have been impatiently waiting for another full length record.

A Break From Recording

Bieber has been open about his struggles with depression in the past, explaining in a lengthy Instagram essay that he needed to get right with himself before he could record again.

"Sometimes it can get to the point where you don’t even want to live any more. I went from a 13-year-old boy in a small town to being praised left and right by the world, with millions saying how they loved me and how great I was … You hear these things enough as a young boy and you actually start believing [them].

"Everyone did everything for me so I never even learned the fundamentals of responsibility."

Taking Care Of His Mental Health

Bieber explained that his renewed Christianity and his relationship with his wife Hailey have been positive influences in his life.

"Luckily God blessed me with extraordinary people who love me for me. Now, I am navigating the best season of my life MARRIAGE!! Which is an amazing crazy new responsibility. You learn patience, trust, commitment, kindness, and all of the things it looks like to be a good man."

Bieber seems to be in a much better place lately, so get ready for 2020 to be The Year Of Bieber.
