Justin Bieber -- I Am Not "On Meth," I Have Lyme Disease

Justin Bieber has been quietly suffering from a debilitating auto-immune disease, and he has decided to now go public and explain the reason he hasn't looked so great in the last few years.

The 'Yummy' singer announced today he has been recently diagnosed with Lyme Disease. JB took to Instagram to share the message along with a few details of how he is dealing with the disease.

Justin: I Have Lyme Disease, I'm Not On Drugs

"While a lot of people kept saying justin Bieber looks like s***, on meth etc. they failed to realize I've been recently diagnosed with Lyme disease, not only that but had a serious case of chronic mono which affected my, skin, brain function, energy, and overall health," Justin said.

He continued, "These things will be explained further in a docu series I'm putting on YouTube shortly.. you can learn all that I've been battling and OVERCOMING!!"

Getting Proper Treatment For The Disease

It's unclear who exactly said he was on drugs, or specifically meth, but it seems he is clearing up questions about his appearance in recent photographs taken of him. Also, Justin was seen recently carrying an IV drip case, after exiting a medical building in Los Angeles.

Justin explained to his fans that although it's been rough dealing with the situation, he is not getting treatment and should be good to go for his new tour.

I Will Be Back And Better Than Ever!

"It's been a rough couple years but getting the right treatment that will help treat this so far incurable disease and I will be back and better than ever NO CAP," ended his post.

Several of the singer's celebrity pals have commented on his post sending messages, Chance The Rapper posted, "GOD IS THE GREATEST NO CAP." Logan Paul added, "adapt & overcome, nothing stops the king."

Fans have also posted messages to the singer on his Instagram supporting his decision to go public, and sending him well wishes.

"Forever proud of you. This motivated me so much," one person posted. Another added, "we’re here for you Justin ❤️❤️❤️ love you, you are so very strong."

The singer just released a new track, 'Yummy' which shot up the charts, and has announced he will go back out on tour this year.
