Justified Reunion! Walton Goggins Shares ‘Beautiful Surprise’ Encounter With Timothy Olyphant — See Photo

They may not be digging coal, but Raylan Givens and Boyd Crowder are together in a new photo shared by Justified actor Walton Goggins.

“Look at this beautiful Thailand surprise… got to meet up with Raylan Givens for lunch today,” Goggins wrote in an Instagram post on Wednesday, featuring two snapshots of himself and Justified co-star Timothy Olyphant. “Talk about comforts from home…Just what I needed. What a good man. The road we’ve walked.”

Olyphant and Goggins — who are respectively in Thailand filming FX’s upcoming Alien series and Season 3 of HBO’s The White Lotus — co-starred for six seasons on Justified, which ran on FX from 2010 to 2015. The show returned in 2023 via the Justified: City Primeval miniseries, in which Olyphant reprised his role as U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens.

Goggins’ Boyd Crowder, meanwhile, was nowhere to be seen in the sequel series… until its very final sequence, which brought Boyd back for a prison break — and reignited hope that viewers could see another Raylan/Boyd face-off down the road.

“It was nice to have Raylan back. And we’ll see what happens,” co-showrunner Michael Dinner told TVLine after City Primeval‘s finale. “It’s up to FX, what they want to do — if they want to tell another chapter, great. If they don’t, you know, it was good to do this and we feel really good about where we ended.”
