Just released: Bruce Springsteen reschedules Philadelphia shows

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced their postponed shows Aug. 16 and 18 at Citizens Bank Ballpark in Philadelphia have been rescheduled for Aug. 21 and Aug. 23, 2024.

Tickets for the August 16, 2023 show will be valid for the Aug. 21, 2024 show. Tickets for the Aug. 18, 2023 show will be valid for the Aug. 23, 2024 show. Fans needing refunds are asked to go to Phillies.com/Springsteen where there is a 30-day window to request a refund starting today. If you purchased tickets through a secondary site, the refund must be administered through that site.

Tickets for both shows are on sale starting at $99 through Phillies.com/Springsteen.

Springsteen and the E Street Band currently have no other dates announced for 2024. The current tour is scheduled to end Dec. 10 and 12 at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

The Philly shows on Aug. 16 and 18 were postponed due to Springsteen “having been taken ill,” according to Springsteen's social media. The band returned to the stage Thursday, August 24 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Up next are the New Jersey homecoming shows Wednesday, Aug. 30; Friday, Sept. 1; and Sunday, Sept. 3, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
