Warning: This post contains NSFW language and descriptions of sexual scenarios from the new STARZ trailer for Mary & George.

In the upcoming STARZ series Mary & George, Mary Villiers (Julianne Moore) encourages her son George (Nicholas Galitzine) to seduce King James I (Tony Curran) and become his “all-powerful lover” — and boy oh boy, how that seduction plays out in the show's eyebrow-raising new redband trailer.

In the explicit redband trailer for the psychodrama, it is clear that Mary and George will hold nothing back to rise to the top. As Mary passionately kisses another woman, Lady Hatton (Nicola Walker) doesn’t mince words in describing George as “the Sodomite son with the gallows eyes."

“His favorite pursuits are to hunt and to f---,” she adds as George is seen having sex with a man against a castle wall.

Based on the “unbelievable” true story, the series will chronicle how the mother-son duo “rose from humble beginnings to become the richest, most titled and influential players the English court had ever seen, and the King’s most trusted advisors.”

“Prepared to stop at nothing and armed with her ruthless political steel, Mary married her way up the ranks, bribed politicians, colluded with criminals and clawed her way into the heart of the Establishment, making it her own,” per the synopsis.

Also in the titillating teaser, Mary advises her son to focus his attention on other suitors, saying, “Don’t waste another second’s thought on that hateful c---.”

When George tells his mother it might be time to “find me a wife,” she thinks he can achieve a more noble goal. She tells him, “I think we aim higher. King James.”

It doesn’t take long for George to get the King’s attention as the pair are seen in bed together.

“Give the King whatever he wants,” George’s mother says — but the King tells him, “I only want you.”

But George isn’t ready to be tied down, saying, “I’m on no man’s leash. I will not be caged.”

George is then informed, “Oh, you won’t be in shackles, George. Well, unless you want to try that,” as a montage of intimate moments between him and the King are shown.

Mary will not let George’s hesitations deter from her end goal, saying, “If we tread right, my son, we rule the f---ing planet.”

As Mary teases that she “might” have secrets, viewers get a hint of what she might be hiding as they see a woman break down in tears with blood on her face and a group of men have an orgy.

“I have the King and the power,” George tells his mother, and she responds, “The world will be yours, mine, ours.”

However, their plan appears under threat when Mary is told, “He will never have the King as long as there’s blood in my strong heart.’

But, she is undeterred, saying, “As long as the terms are clear.”

George then tells the Earl of Somerset Robert Carr (Laurie Davidson), “I just wanted, like my mother, to f--- you.”

The trailer concludes with Mary remaining confident, saying, “What could possibly stop us now?”
