Julianne Hough, 33, is taking relaxation to a whole other level over on her Instagram. Lately, the America's Got Talent alum has been taking some time off at a wellness resort in Portugal for some R&R. 

In a brand new pic, Jules is looking glowier than ever. She gives followers a sneak peek at what she's been up to in Europe with her BFF Nina Dobrev—including a shot of her super toned abs and booty. Jules rocks a brown string bikini, and her strong bod is totally on display.

"My Portugal trip recap wouldn’t be complete without highlighting the gorgeous wellness boutique resort, @quintadacomporta ☀️," she captioned her post. "Our time there was a full exhale in nature, and it was the dreamiest compliment to our otherwise very active holiday."

"At #QuintadaComporta we got to fully relax poolside, sunbathe on Pego beach and unwind with some spa time - it was absolutely glorious! 🧖♀️," she continued. "This resort is perfect for a girls trip 🤍I’m thinking it may need to be an annual getaway!"

Wondering what Jules' recipe is for staying so stunning? (You know, besides all the dancing.) For starters, she's a huge SoulCycle fan. "I love being around people and community," she told Women's Health. She even spins while on vacation—now that's dedication!

She recently debuted her own fitness platform, KINRGY, a mix of 45-minute "high sensory activated dance method" workouts. The routines pull elements from tai chi, energy work, qigong, cardio, and strength training. Jules says she wants KINRGY to become the "SoulCycle of dance."

Julianne says she likes to work out five days a week. When she's not dancing, spinning, or doing KINRGY, she might be practicing CorePower Yoga or squeezing in some strength training. 

As for her diet, Jules fuels her workouts with a green juice. "If I eat something before I work out that's more of substance, it doesn't work for me," she told WH. After a good sweat sesh, she makes a protein shake to power up. 

Julianne doesn't have too many hard and fast food rules—except for one: Avoid foods that cause inflammation. Besides that, she says "I'll try anything." Her faves? "I love tacos and guacamole," she said. "I love food!" Same, Jules!
