Julianne Hough Bares It All For Women's Health 'Naked Strength' Issue

Hough opens up about the work that she's done to accept herself.

Baring It All

America's Got Talent judge Julianne Hough is making waves by going nude on the Women's Health 'Naked Strength' cover and getting deep about the emotional transformation that she's been undergoing while trying to find her purpose in life.

By developing the new dancing method and app Kinrgy, Hough has been able to deal with her emotional baggage while helping others.

I’ve been de-layering all the survival tactics I’ve built up my whole life. Now, I feel limitless."

Being Your Truest Self

Through Kinrgy, Hough wants to help people find healing, body and soul, and be their truest selves.

"When I think about what I want to create, I want to help people connect back to their truest self. When that happens, they can relate to the people around them with no filter and experience the world how we’re supposed to experience it—in its most pure form, which I believe is love."

Doing The Work

Hough got real about her fluid sexuality over the course of the interview as well as opening up about why she wanted to be naked on the cover.

"I didn’t want to do a demure shoot where I was trying to cover my body. I wanted to do something where I was free."
