Julia Roberts Reportedly Sells Her Scenic San Francisco Home for $11.8 Million

The ‘Pretty Woman’ actress purchased the historic home in 2020, according to the 'San Francisco Chronicle'

Julia Roberts is ready to part ways with her San Francisco abode.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the actress, 55, listed her historic Edwardian-style home for $11.75 million last week. Real estate websites like Zillow confirm that the sale of the 1907 property is officially pending.

Roberts originally purchased it for $8.3 million in January 2020, the outlet states.

Located in the Presidio Heights neighborhood, the property features five stories, four full bathrooms, and five bedrooms. From the balconies, residents can enjoy sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and admire the Golden Gate Bridge glistening in the background.

The 6,315-square-foot abode is also situated near the Presidio, a national park that was once a former U.S. Army base. Tania Toubba of Sotheby’s International Realty currently holds the listing.

PEOPLE reached out to the listing agent and Roberts for comment but has not yet received a response.

Looking inside, a private gate greets residents and leads them through the brick entry court, according to the listing. A living area with a wood-burning fireplace and built-in shelves offer a cozy atmosphere immediately upon entering the home.

The spacious kitchen boasts a large center island topped with marble, in addition to barstool seating. A separate seating area and breakfast nook equipped with a tiled fireplace can also be found in the kitchen.

On the third level, the primary bedroom features its own seating area, dressing room, and balcony overlooking the bridge. The large ensuite bathroom offers the utmost relaxation with a freestanding tub and vanity nook.
