Jude Law and Stephen Colbert Put Funny Twist on Classic 'Titanic' Scene

On Tuesday’s Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Jude Law joined the host for a segment called “Late Show Ping-Pong Eyeball Acting.” They did a classic scene from the movie Titanic, and made sure to set the scene before getting into it.

“Let’s get a little wet,” Colbert said, as he splashed water from his mug onto Law. “OK, we’re drowning. We’re drowning. It’s freezing.”

The pair acted out Jack’s final scene in the movie, when Rose lets go of him in the water, complete with Colbert changing out his Ping-Pong eyeballs to ones with X’s on them to signify death.

Before the Titanic scene, Law laid down the famous “to be or not to be” monologue from Hamlet. And while it was an impressive performance, the crowd couldn’t stop from laughing throughout. You know, because of the Ping-Pong eyeballs.
