Whoopi Goldberg asked the ladies if they'd rather be stuck with a man or a bear in the woods.

They might not be able to shield themselves from terroristic cell phones, Siri, or that Italian woman that Joy Behar was forced to call a bitch, but the ladies of The View are now adequately prepped on safety protocols if a bear ever enters the studio.

The 81-year-old comedian turned the morning talk show into a wildlife education seminar on Thursday, when she stood up from the Hot Topics table, raised her arms above her head, and let out a guttural shriek to ensure her fellow panelists knew what to do in case they encountered a bear in the woods.

"People in the Berkshires have to take bear training, this is what they tell them. If a bear comes at you, you're supposed to go like this," Behar said, raising her arms and shouting. "Rawr! Rawr!"

Behar's advice came at the tail end of a chaotic discussion about a viral TikTok trend, which sees people revealing whether they'd rather be stuck in the woods with a man or a bear.

"I'm going with the bear also, yes, because the bear will not shoot me," Goldberg said at the top of the segment. "Grizzlies will gnaw on you, but if you've been standing there long enough to see the grizzly coming, you're the dummy."

Sunny Hostin then pointed out that statistics show that men are "167 times more likely to kill someone than a bear," before adding that she'd like to be stuck in the woods with one of The View's prior guests: adventurer Paul de Gelder.

"He survived a shark attack, he's hot, he can go find me a water source," Hostin said. "The bear's not going to get me. I'm having mountain sex, I'm having island sex, I'm having forest sex."

After Behar's demonstration, Sara Haines entered dangerous territory as she attempted to nix the conversation by ringing moderator Whoopi Goldberg's bell as it sat on the table.

"Did you just ring my bell?" Goldberg asked of the device, which famously used to annoy the living hell out of former cohost Meghan McCain. Behar then taunted, "You're in trouble!" before the show finally but the bear talk to rest.
