Joy Behar Gets Drunk During ‘The View’ Live Coverage
The View was live for its election night coverage, and the hosts were served election-themed food and cocktails. And as the election results rolled in, Behar continued to serve herself the latter. She said, “I need a drink at this point because things are not moving exactly how I want them to.”
As the news poured in, she continued to pour down drinks with such names as “Bad Hombre” and “Hillary’s Pantsuit Punch.”
Kathy Najimy joined in when the results for North Carolina came in.
Towards the end of the night, Behar said of The View‘s correspondents, “Paula is in Florida, Deborah is in Pennsylvania. I’m going to be at the Betty Ford Center after this.”
The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. on ABC.
