Josie Bates and Husband Kelton Balka Welcome Baby No. 3: 'Meet the Newest Love of Our Lives'
The couple had waited until Josie gave birth to find out if they were having a boy or a girl

The Bringing Up Bates star, 24, and husband Kelton Balka have welcomed their third baby, the couple revealed on Instagram Thursday. Sharing a carousel of photos, Josie posted photos of their newborn baby boy, snuggling up as they rested in her hospital bed. "Meet the newest love of our lives 🫶," she wrote in her caption.
The newly minted mom of three also included a video of her giving birth, writing, "We waited 9 months for the surprise of our lives" as she learned at that moment that she had given birth to their first baby boy.
"THE BEST SURPRISE 🥹," she captioned the sweet video.

The couple is already parents to daughters Hazel, 2, and Willow, 4,
The reality TV stars tied the knot in October 2018 during an outdoor ceremony overlooking the Tennessee mountains, with the bride wearing an A-line, long-sleeve white gown. Months later, they announced their first little one was on the way.
Last May, Balka paid tribute to his wife for her hard work as a mother in an Instagram post on Mother's Day.
"Happy Mother’s Day Josie! ❤️ These sweet girls don’t yet know how blessed they are to have you as their mother, but they will one day," he wrote.
"You are such an intentional and dedicated mother. I pray that Willow and Hazel grow up to be just like you. Thank you for being the heart of our family. I love you ❤️."
