Joshua Jackson, Jodie Turner-Smith reach custody agreement after divorce filing

Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have reached a custody agreement nearly two months after the actress filed for divorce.

The pair, who tied the knot in summer 2019, are parents to 3-year-old daughter, Juno — whose name was only made public as media outlets obtained the divorce documents filed on Oct. 2.

Neither the “Dawson’s Creek” alum, 45, nor the “Queen & Slim” star, 37, will pay child support, after Jackson agreed to his estranged wife’s request of joint physical and legal custody, according to the documents obtained by E! News.

It’s not entirely clear when the couple decided to throw in the towel, as their dates of separation differ in the documents reviewed by the outlet.

Turner-Smith in her initial filing — which attributed the breakdown of the marriage to “irreconcilable differences” — listed Sept. 13 as the date of separation.

Jackson’s response, meanwhile, said they were together until the end of September, listing Sept. 30 as the date of separation, E! reports.

News of the pair’s pending divorce shocked many, as they’d been spotted out together and seemingly happy multiple times that month.
