Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith Welcome Baby Girl

Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson are thinking pink today after the couple confirmed the arrival of their baby girl. This is the first child for both of them and the duo has been relishing every minute of the pregnancy.

A rep for the couple confirmed the news to People Tuesday, “Both mother and baby are happy and healthy.”

Jackson posted a photo of their matching purple-toed feet propped up while watching his latest Hulu show, Little Fires Everywhere.

“I hope this show can give a little emotional and mental relief for everyone out there as we grapple with the anxiety of all the unknowns right now,” he wrote in the Instagram post. “Remember, no matter how tense your house is right now, it’s still better than dinner w/ the Richardson’s !!”

Jackson’s role as beleaguered father-of-four Bill Richardson is giving many fans a new look at his work. Decider tweeted about his “hot dad energy” when his character donned a white T-shirt and tight whiteys.

Smith-Turner came right back with “COULDN’T AGREE MORE @decider #PeakHotDad #PeakHotHuman #IDefinitelyWouldAndIAm #LittleFiresEverywhere.”

The couple was spotted picking up a marriage license last August, but their marriage wasn’t confirmed until December, right around the time their pregnancy was revealed. The Queen & Slim star stunned on the BAFTAs red carpet in February in a gorgeous yellow Gucci gown which showcased her baby bump.

The duo has made no secret of their passionate love for each in paparazzi photos and on social media. Turner-Smith’s Valentine’s Day post included a poem by Pablo Neruda and the caption, “our 2nd valentine’s day and it’s even more magical than the first! here’s to a lifetime of them. happy valentine’s day to the man who sees my soul and holds my heart 💞 love you, baby daddy.”

The couple did not announce their daughter’s name, but all eyes are on their social media accounts for upcoming phots and a possible name reveal.
