Joseph Baena marked a major accomplishment in time for his birthday.

On Monday, Baena, an actor, real estate agent and son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, celebrated his 26th birthday by sharing a video of himself emerging from the Pacific Ocean while competing in the Malibu Triathlon over the weekend.

"Twenty Six? More like Twenty SICK! 😤🤙🤘" Baena wrote in a caption to the video, which showed off his muscular frame and was set to the Tears for Fears song "Head Over Heels."

"Here’s your POV of me running into my late twenties 😂," he added.

Baena also shared an image of himself at the event on Instagram Saturday, in which he confirmed it was his first triathlon.

"What a great experience it was to compete with such amazing athletes," he wrote. "With my birthday coming up I wanted to challenge myself in a new way, I feel like I did really well and I’m proud of myself for going the distance. I truly believe that if you have muscles, you should be able to use them!"

Back in April, it was reported that Baena will costar with Luke Hemsworth and Morgan Freeman in an action film titled Gunner, in which he will play a "a young, wet-behind-the-ears deputy sheriff," according to Deadline. The actor confirmed his casting on Instagram at the time, sharing a photo of himself in costume and writing: "Deputy Wally reporting for duty."

Speaking with PEOPLE last November, Baena said though he does speak with Schwarzenegger about "putting in the work" on his acting career, he prefers to tackle Hollywood on his own terms. Baena is the son of Schwarzenegger, 76, and Mildred Baena.

"I want to work hard and put in the reps and work on my craft my own. There's no shortcuts in this. There's no shortcuts in acting, and in really anything," Baena said at the time. "That's what I want to get out of it is I want it to be my hard work and my ambition that gets me to that success."

"So it's very minimal that I go to him and ask for advice because I want to figure it out on my own," he added.

In 2021, Schwarzenegger shared a birthday tribute to Baena, writing on Instagram that his son is "crushing it in the gym, in your real estate career, and in acting."
