Jordyn Woods Breaks Silence Amid Tristan Thompson Cheating Scandal: 'It's Been Real'

Jordyn Woods spoke out on Thursday, days after allegedly getting intimate with Khloé Kardashian‘s boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

The 21-year-old model made her first public appearance since the scandal broke, addressing gatherers during the launch event for her Eylure X Jordyn Woods Lashes in Los Angeles.

“Thank you guys for coming out and supporting me through everything that’s going on,” she said. “It’s been real, and Eylure has been super real with a project I’ve been working on for over nine months right now.”

Eagle-eyed fans have noticed that Woods’ Eylure varieties, Beach Please and Summer Heir, are currently selling for buy one, get one 50 percent off on ulta.com, but a rep for the brand tells PEOPLE, “This is a current promotion at Ulta (and almost all of Eylure’s lashes are currently included in the promotion — it’s not just limited to Jordyn’s lashes).”

On Tuesday, TMZ and Hollywood Unlocked reported that Kardashian, 34, and the Cleveland Cavaliers player, 27, had split after he was unfaithful with her youngest sister Kylie Jenner‘s best friend Woods, who is also a member of the Good American squad, representing and previously modeling for Kardashian’s clothing brand.

“The whole family is furious. They were blindsided,” a source told PEOPLE, while another insider said the family is “beyond angry and disgusted.”

Following the allegations, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE that Woods moved from her longtime best friend Jenner’s home back into her mother’s house.

“It’s been a difficult time and she’s broken up about it,” one insider divulged of Woods on Wednesday. “She’s heading home to be with her mom.”

As of Thursday, both Kardashian and big sister Kim Kardashian West had unfollowed Woods on Instagram — but Kardashian still followed Thompson (who is the father of her 10-month-old daughter True), despite liking a tweet dubbing him a “sick man” and deleting a family photo of the trio from her Instagram feed.

Back in April, Kardashian West also decided to unfollow Thompson after videos leaked of him getting close to other women, just days before Kardashian gave birth to their daughter True that same month.

One day after news broke that Thompson was allegedly unfaithful with Woods, Kardashian attended a public event with her best friend Malika Haqq on Wednesday, when the duo stepped out for the opening of PrettyLittleThing’s new store.

When a Twitter user criticized the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star for “going outside the next day” after “someone cheats on you publicly,” Kardashian West defended her younger sister.

“Would you prefer she lose the [money] too? A single mom has to work too boo!” the 38-year-old KKW Beauty founder tweeted.

“This was a professional commitment planned far in advance and you better believe she is not waiting on anyone to pay her bills or provide for her daughter. PERDIODT!!!” she continued.

A source explained to PEOPLE on Wednesday that Woods is doing all she can to make things right between herself and the KarJenners.

“Jordyn has been trying to reach out to Khloé and Kylie [and] everyone else in the family to apologize,” said the insider. “She wants to apologize and make everything right.”

On Thursday, Jenner, 21, was spotted out in Calabasas, California, for the first time since the allegations emerged. For the low-key outing, she sported a long teddy coat over a black top, black leggings and white sneakers.

Since news of the scandal broke, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul has remained active on social media but has not commented on the incident involving her “wifey” Woods.
