Jordan Feldstein Buys on Both Coasts (EXCLUSIVE)

The celebrity property gossips at 6sqft.com recently revealed that music manager Jordan Feldstein, the younger brother of Jonah Hill, dropped $2.3 million for a quirky two-bedroom and two-bathroom duplex in New York City’s SoHo hood, and we’ve subsequently heard from two independent West Coast snitches including the incomparable Yolanda Yakketyyak that the clearly exceedingly well-compensated Maroon 5 manager shelled out $11 million for a pristinely maintained and carefully updated 1960s contemporary at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near the tippy top of the trendy and terrifically pricey Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. Originally designed by architect Robert Skinner, according to marketing materials, the approximately 8,500-square-foot residence has half of a dozen bathrooms and a total of five bedrooms: two master suites plus two guest bedrooms and a maid’s room. Parallel walls of floor-to-ceiling glass dramatically flank a downright cavernous, double-height living room anchored by a monumental white brick fireplace that opens on its backside to a more intimately proportioned lounge. Additional living spaces include a sleekly appointed kitchen, skylit family room, and a lofted office/library. The back of the house spills out to a desirably flat yard with extensive terracing, lush gardens, a swimming pool and an outdoor fireplace large enough for a small person to stand inside.

Feldstein, married to Clint Eastwood’s daughter Francesca for about half a minute in 2013, and arguably best known to gossip-column readers as the guy who Sharon Osbourne angrily tossed water on at Clive Davis’ 2014 pre-Grammy party, previously owned a modern-minded Mediterranean in Beverly Hills that he procured in the spring of 2012 for a smidge more than $2.9 million and sold last fall for $3.14 million, a tetch more than its $3.1 million asking price.
