The video comes days after Majors' criminal trial stemming from misdemeanor assault and harassment charges was delayed for a second time. The Marvel star appeared virtually before Judge Rachel S. Pauley in Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday, where it was determined that a new trial date for Majors would be set on Friday.

According to Deadline, the decision was made after attorneys for Majors stated that the two sides needed to further address "deficiencies" in the discovery process. Majors was arrested in March following an alleged domestic dispute with a 30-year-old female.

"Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident, the statement continued. "The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition."

In response to the allegations, a rep for Majors told PEOPLE, "He has done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up."
