Johnny Galecki and his girlfriend Alaina Meyer welcomed their first child into the world on December 4. Since then, Meyer has shared several adorable photos and messages about their baby, and her latest is one any new parent can relate to.
The photo shows Meyer holding her baby from across the living room.
"A series of events I never knew would make me happy: got pooped on in the bath, soaked in breast milk, somehow managed to knock a plant off the counter and get soil everywhere on white carpet and clean it all one handed with a rockstar baby in my arms," she wrote.
"Somehow this was the highlight of my night last night because I had a beautiful boy smiling up at me. And today, I became an Auntie. Life’s good (this photo was taken pre poop bath)."
"Why am I jealous?" Galecki replied in the comments.
Fans got in on the commenting, as well. "That's the key to a joyful life - a heart full of gratitude. <3 Best wishes for a happy and healthy new year for your growing family," one said.
"Your a rockstar mom. Just keep being you and you and your little man will be fine," another wrote.
"lol where suddenly being covered with human Feces and other bodily fluids become the everyday norm lol," a third joked.
"It is the hardest job in the world but it is the Absolute Best Job ever!!! Enjoy every second, poopy or not because it goes so fast," someone else reassured Meyer.
"Nothing in this world beats being a parent. And that 'rockstar baby' will bring even more blessings to you, and your family," said a fifth fan.
"With full and grateful hearts we welcome our beautiful son into this incredible world," Galecki captioned an Instagram post of himself and Meyer holding their son's hands on December 4. "Thank you for all of your love and support."
The couple confirmed they were expecting a child back in May with a statement.
"We are absolutely over the moon to announce that we will soon be welcoming a little one into this crazy and wonderful world. We ask that you please respect our privacy during this celebratory time for us and our families. There truly is love out there for all. We hope ours is the ember of yours, as we feel yours is the ember of ours."
