John Travolta Shares His 'Favorite Birthday Gift' as He Celebrates Turning 70 with Family

The actor celebrated his milestone 70th birthday on Sunday
John Travolta is celebrating a milestone birthday.
On Sunday, the actor took to Instagram to reveal how he'd marked turning 70 and shared how he'd also got some birthday kisses from a special family member.
In a clip posted on his Instagram Story, Travolta blew out candles on a white frosted cake as his loved ones cheered in the background. His pet pooch Peanut then also showed him some birthday love in a sweet moment as he tucked into a slice of the cake.
"Birthday kiss from Peanut 🐶🎂," the star captioned the post.
The Grease star also revealed he'd been skiing with family to mark the special occasion and posted a clip of his son Benjamin, 13, on the slopes.

"This was my favorite birthday gift today. Seeing my son Ben ski to a new level! I’m so proud of him," Travolta captioned the video.
His daughter Ella also shared a touching tribute to mark her dad's milestone birthday on Sunday.
"Happy Birthday to the man who is always by my side and who is always bringing light and beauty into this world. I love you to the moon and back❤️," Ella, 23, wrote in the caption of the sweet Instagram post.

The words accompanied a cute throwback photo showing Ella as a kid making a frowning face for the camera as she posed next to her famous father.
The Pulp Fiction star shares his three children — which also includes son Jett, who died at age 16 in 2009 — with his late wife Kelly Preston. Preston died in 2020 following a two-year battle with breast cancer. She was 57.
