John Stamos is riding the nostalgia train with his latest musical effort.

Along with his childhood friends Phil Bardowell and David Bardowell, the Full House alum is releasing new music under Destiny Forever — an ode to the trio's former youth band, Destiny.

"I'm thrilled to share a special day I recently had with my old band, Destiny. We came together to create a music video for 'Rearview Mirror' as 'Destiny Forever,'" Stamos, 60, announced on Instagram, sharing a look at the song and music video.

"What made it even more heartwarming was that I reunited with David and Phil Bardowell, two brothers I've known for 40 years," he continued. "This music video isn’t just about the song; it’s about the authentic connection we share. As you watch, you’ll see that the laughs and smiles are as real as ever, a testament to the enduring power of friendship and the joy of making music together."

Further extending his gratitude to the Bardowell brothers, Stamos said, "I can't express how grateful I am for this incredible day and the chance to create music with David and Phil once more."

"Special thanks to the incomparable David Chatfield of Harmony Records, who produced the song, and David Bardowell for writing it," he added. "Here's to many more years of making music and memories together."

Music has been of passion for Stamos from childhood onward. The former General Hospital actor has performed alongside The Beach Boys since the '80s, primarily showcasing his drumming abilities.

Stamos has also shown off his musical talents on shows like Full House as well as with his performances on Broadway.
