John Mayer Testifies In Court Against Alleged Stalker, Judge Grants Singer 5-Year Restraining Order
John Mayer arrived in a Los Angeles courthouse this week to face off against an alleged stalker who he claims has sent harassing messages to him referring serial killers, and made anti-semitic statements to him.
Mayer, and his lawyer appeared Tuesday in Pasadena to attempt to get a 5-year restraining order to get protection from the obsessed fan.

Singer Takes The Stand
We're told Mayer took the stand and described the harassment he has had to endure over the past few months.Our sources say his testimony was brief and outlined what he had filed in the restraining order request.
According to the court filings obtained by The Blast, Mayer claims the man (who The Blast has chosen not to name) has both publicly and privately sent him social media messages and threatened him with physical violence.
Scary Messages
According to the filing, John claims he's been subjected to a series of harassing messages from a person who has made reference to several famous serious killers.
In the messages, the person made references to "Bundy" and "Mark David Chapman."
Anti-Semitic Messages
The messages include:
"You step from me again and I will kill you" "All ya had to do was be my pal" "I've put many a jew in the hospital"
He also says the guy's "statements and behavior indicate an unhealthy obsession with me."
Granted Order
Mayer also claims, "After sending threatening, violent and disturbing messages to me, Respondent showed up to a public place in North Carolina knowing that I would be making an appearance."
His security stopped the individual from entering the venue.
A judge agreed and issued a 5-year permanent restraining order, and now if this person continues to contact John they can be arrested for contempt of court.
