John Cleese Recaps ‘Walking Dead’ and It’s Amazing (Video)

If you’re a “Walking Dead” fan, you know there is only one way for the show to possibly get better: John Cleese.

The British comedy legend and Monty Python co-founder joined Now TV for a special video segment in which he recaps the first six seasons of the hit AMC series.

In the four-minute video, Cleese provides viewers with a number of helpful lessons to remember when roaming about the zombie apocalypse. They are: 1. “Zombies are not called zombies;” 2. “There are no safe places;” 3. “Never look at the flowers;” and 4. “Stop forgetting lesson 2.”

Granted, Cleese isn’t able to go into much detail given the length of the video, but he does offer up some true gems when describing the series. For example, The Governor becomes “Patchy Pete” and Cleese also gives Woodbury a one-star rating on Trip Advisor.

He also has some fun at the expense of Daryl’s temporary traveling companions The Claimers, “who’ve presumably walked five hundred miles to get [to Rick], and it’s up to the gang to stop them from walking five hundred more.” Try not to get that song stuck in your head now.

“The Walking Dead” Season 7 premieres Sunday at 9 p.m./8c on AMC.
