John Cena Trains Stephen Colbert to Fight ‘Late Show’ Bully

John Cena and Stephen Colbert were just minding their own business on The Late Show when Butch, the studio bully, came in and ruined their fun. First he knocked the host’s interview cards out of his hand. Then he stared Stephen down and said, “How are you going to ask your stupid questions without your stupid cards? Dummy!”

Butch threatened to beat up Stephen after the show, so Colbert asked Cena to help him get ready to defend himself. They didn’t have much time, so they needed to use a Rocky-style training montage. Colbert punched a punching bag that had “Injustice” written on it, decorated a cake, drank some ranch dressing, and then struggled with jumping rope — until Cena made it easier by cutting the rope in half.

When the bully came back, Stephen did what everyone should do when confronted with a bully … he got a bigger bully. Colbert told Cena to “get him,” and the WWE star yelled out, “I’m going to kill your whole face,” as he chased Butch out of the studio.

The Late Show With Stephen Colbert airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on CBS.
