John Cena Shows That All You Need Is an Al Roker to Work Out

On Today, John Cena, who is in shape I guess, led the group in a fun workout. Anybody can do it. All you need is a yoga mat, some workout clothes, and a 62-year-old weather forecaster.

In a segment titled “Cena’s Fitness Challenge,” the wrestling star first led co-host Tamron Hall and two volunteers in some exercises, including lunges and bicycle kicks. Then things got a little zany when Cena picked up Today’s Al Roker and slung him over his back.

“It’s very easy and you don’t have to get to a gym,” Cena said as he did squats with ease. “I’m not selling you a product. I’m trying to get you a better butt.” Quipped Roker, “He’s working with dumbbells.”
