Following his divorce from Sofia Vergara, the Magic Mike actor has been dating actress Caitlin O'Connor.

News of their relationship first broke in September 2023, when a source told PEOPLE they were “casually seeing” each other after meeting at a small, "unofficial" afterparty for HBO’s Winning Time.

In December 2023, Manganiello and O'Connor made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Gala in New York City. A few months later, they made yet another public appearance at a Los Angeles Kings game.

The newfound relationship marks Manganiello’s first since filing for divorce from Vergara in July 2023. The two were married for seven years before they announced their split in a joint statement.

“We have made the difficult decision to divorce,” the exes told Page Six at the time. “As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”

O'Connor was born in Los Angeles but grew up in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school, she moved back to L.A. to attend UCLA, where she majored in English.

O'Connor previously worked at Disneyland where she portrayed Sleeping Beauty, per IMDb. Even after working for the company, O’Connor appears to be a big Disney fan as she has posted about visiting the “happiest place on Earth” in November 2023 and dressed up like Tinkerbell for Halloween.

She’s a TV host and actress

O'Connor is best known for her career as a host and actress. She has served as a host for ArsenicTV and Maxim Magazine, interviewing a variety of celebrities ranging from Hailey Bieber to Post Malone.

Additionally, she has appeared in a number of films and shows, including Two and a Half Men, Key & Peele, Southpaw and most recently, HBO’s Winning Time, in which she plays Dyan Cannon.

She met Manganiello in a hot tub

In September 2023, a source told PEOPLE that O'Connor and Manganiello first met at a small, "unofficial" after party for Winning Time. The insider noted that they “met in the hot tub and they were talking the whole time."

Later that month, a source told PEOPLE that the couple were officially “dating” and were spending time “out of town together” away from Los Angeles.

“They’re both really funny together. He laughs at her a lot because she’ll crack these witty jokes,” the insider shared. “She’s really witty. So sweet and smart. And he’s cool."

She and Manganiello made their red carpet debut in December 2023

A few months after news of their relationship broke, the two made their red carpet debut as a couple as they attended the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Gala at Cipriani in New York City together. The couple was photographed with their arms wrapped around each other as they smiled for photographers on the red carpet.
