Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Spotted Getting Cozy in the Netherlands

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner appear to be spending a lot of time together in Europe.

The singer and Game of Thrones actress were spotted getting cozy at a pre-MTV Europe Music Awards Kings of Leon concert at the Oude Luxor Theater in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on Saturday.

Concertgoer Anne Charlotte of Alkmaar, Netherlands, tells PEOPLE that she saw the couple kissing at the event.

“They were really close together,” she says. “I didn’t look very often because I was seated more in front of the room. The two or three times I was watching they were kissing. She was all smiley and he looked really sweet.”

Charlotte added that it looked like the pair was on a date.

“They seemed pretty comfortable,” she said. “That’s what surprised me.”

Charlotte adds that people recognized the couple during the concert and Jonas took photos with a few girls. She also said that Jonas was at the Kings of Leon gig with other members of his band, DNCE, and what appeared to be a bodyguard. (DNCE performed at the EMAs on Sunday as well.)

And this is not the first time Jonas, 27, and Turner, 20, have been seen hanging out. They even spent Halloween together, with the DNCE frontman dressed as a dalmatian and the English actress rocking some pink sequined bunny ears in a photo with friends.

Reps for Turner and Jonas did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Jonas was most recently linked to model Gigi Hadid. The couple dated for five months, but called it quits in November 2015.

Turner opened up about her views on dating in InStyle UK for the magazine’s July cover story, and said she’s “never dated anyone who I didn’t know before or who’s in the industry.”

“I think that’s quite a conscious decision because the lifestyles wouldn’t work,” she explained. “This profession is so different to any other; the going away for long amounts of time – I think it would just be really difficult.”

“If you meet on a job, it’s amazing. You have five months together and it’s incredible,” she continued. “Then, once it’s over, suddenly one of you is shooting in Australia and the other one is shooting in Spain, and you never know when you re going to see each other again, but at least you both understand it.”
