Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner List L.A. Home for $16.75 Million

With a baby now in the picture, it appears that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are ready to start fresh as a family of three in a new home. According to the Wall Street Journal, the couple has listed their Los Angeles–area house for $16.75 million.

Located in the exclusive Encino neighborhood, the two-story contemporary pad is situated on almost an acre of land and spans roughly 15,000 square feet with nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Inside, the light-filled place is full of decorative wows such as stone materials, walnut hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and oversized glass walls.

The main level boasts a dining room, an updated kitchen, and an open-plan living area complete with a fireplace, a wall of bookcases, and sliding glass doors that open to the backyard. Also included are a wine cellar, state-of-the-art home theater, gym, office, aquarium, putting green, plus several amenities perfect for some serious entertaining—including disco lights, a hidden DJ turntable, a fog machine, a cigar humidor, and a wood-paneled bar. A staircase leads to the upstairs area, which features another living area, the main suite, and private balconies.

In addition to the main home, the property has a two-bedroom guesthouse and a seating area that wraps around the swimming pool.

The Jonas Brothers member and the Game of Thrones star purchased the home for $14.1 million in 2019, shortly after their two weddings. Though it’s unclear where the pair plan to move, it likely won’t be their lower Manhattan condo, as they also put that on the market late last year.
