Joe Giudice Is Trying Something New in His Bahamas Kitchen (PICS)

As you can see in the vintage clip above, Joe Giudice has always known his sauce from his gravy. And now Teresa Giudice’s ex-husband can prove he knows his meatballs from his rice balls too.

In a recent Instagram Story, the father of four showed his version of a “Sunday sauce,” which he cooked up in his Bahamas kitchen.

Joe Giudice cooks up an Italian feast

In Joe’s Instagram Stories, he provided a peek at his Sunday afternoon at the stove. Showing two aluminum pans on his stove, he said: “Look at this. Arancini I made today. I never made ’em before. Rice balls.”

It looks like his first attempt was a hit: Joe’s close-up of the dish showed perfectly crispy snacks, but that wasn’t all he made. A heaping tray of baked ziti was in the oven as well. “We’re gonna make pasta al forno,” the home chef declared. “And we got a couple tomahawk [steaks] coming.”

Turning the camera around to show himself and a slice of his sunny kitchen, Joe said, “That’s all you need for a Sunday afternoon meal. It’s a bit much, but I gotta tell you: It came out good. I got peas in [the rice balls]. I got Parmesan cheese in there, I got mozzarella in there. So when you heat it all up, it just oozes right out. So good.”

Joe Giudice’s daughters cook too!

Joe isn’t the only one in his family who can whip up a fabulous Italian spread. His ex-wife, Teresa, has authored cookbooks and recently started her own YouTube cooking show. And it seems Teresa and Joe have passed their cooking genes on to their daughters.

Milania Giudice Just Did Something Special “for the First Time” with Teresa (PICS)

In an April 12 Instagram Story video, Teresa showed Milania Giudice standing over the stove in their black-and-gold New Jersey kitchen. “I made sauce for the first time!” Milania exclaimed while sharing a look at the red sauce cooking in a GreenPan pot.

Teresa explained, “I taught her how to make sauce.” Based on a later Instagram Story, Teresa and Milania may have used the delicious-looking sauce for chicken parmigiana.

In 2020, we learned that Teresa and Joe’s daughter Gabriella can also cook. Watching her daughter fold eggs, bacon, and cheese into a tortilla, the New Jersey mom said, “Oh, Gabriella, it looks good! … She’s quite the cook.”

For her next trick, Gabriella made what Teresa described as an “egg, bacon, hot cherry pepper, cheese quesadilla.” She added: “So good, Gabriella, you can cook in my kitchen anytime… Hot cherry peppers. My kind of quesadillas.”
