Joe Giudice Finds Solace In The Gym After Separating From Teresa After 20 Years Of Marriage
Former "Real Housewives Of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice knows that physical activity is the way to free your mind and he got right back in the gym after the news of his separation from Teresa Giudice swept the internet.Teresa and Joe separated after 20 years of marriage, however, a source claims “there are no plans for divorce”, according to PEOPLE.
The star shared his workout routine shortly after the news broke. He flexed his back muscles with the help of a pull-down machine. "Big back," the star wrote in the caption of his first workout since his separation.

Since his deportation to Italy, Joe has been using Instagram to connect with the world and his family. Hitting the gym every day seems to be keeping him on the right track and not letting his spirts get down after the big news. The 47-year-old revealed his new fit form after being released from federal custody and has been working out and practicing martial arts to stay in shape.
It appears that his workouts have been the only constant in his life since he can no longer spend time with his immediate family back in the States.
His Cryptic Message
Joe's workouts are a little more understandable than the cryptic message he recently shared. He posted a split image of Tresea and himself with the caption, "It’s Time To Let Go."
He also shared a semi-inspirational message that read, "Every next level of your life will demand a different you." Giudice definitely looks like a "different" person and he is tackling new challenges. Luckily for Joe, he will get to experience a slice of his old life when his daughters visit him for Christmas.
All He Wants For Christmas...
Giudice shared a video of himself doing a little Xmas shopping for his four children -- Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.
"It’s been a while since I baught[sic] my angels a Christmas gift 🎁," Joe wrote in the caption of his post.
He showed off several bright yellow Fendi bags and exclaimed, "Waiting for you to come here. Look what I got you girls, Fendi, you better like it."
Teresa actually left a comment on his video before the split was announced. She seemed a little jealous and wondered where her surprise was.
"What about Mommy for helping... Your welcome Daddy 🌲," she commented.
