Joe Exotic Begs Gypsy Rose Blanchard For Help In His Prison Release

Joe Exotic is now begging Gypsy Rose Blanchard for her help to free him from prison after being sentenced to 21 years.

As we reported, the Netflix documentary 'Tiger King', exposed Joe Exotic for his poor treatment of zoo animals. He was found guilty in 2019 -- one year before the docuseries was released -- in Oklahoma City federal court. He was convicted of hiring two men to kill his arch nemesis, Carole Baskin, who continuously bashed him online for the way he "cared" for his tigers.

In 2017, it was revealed by prosecutors that Exotic allegedly paid a man $3000 to execute Baskin after she accused him of being an animal abuser. He currently serving a 21-year in prison sentence, but that is not stopping him from begging celebrities for their help in his release.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who was just released from prison in December 2023, is the latest public figure that the 'Tiger King' is asking for help from.

Joe Exotic Slides Into Gypsy Rose's Latest Instagram Post

Gypsy Rose Blanchard took to Instagram to share a mirror selfie as she posed in leggings and a sports bra. While many said she "slayed" in the pics, Joe Exotic took to the comments section specifically to ask her for help in his early release.

"Help #freejoeexotic," his official Instagram account wrote in the comments section on Gypsy's post.

As you know, the 32-year-old was recently released from prison after serving 85% of her 10-year sentence for her involvement in murdering her mother. Now that she is out of prison, Joe Exotic is hoping she can help free him.

Exotic says he will never stop fighting for his freedom from prison and justice. He wrote in a letter, “The world has to know just how corrupt our justice system is … If I have to be the one to die innocent here fighting for the truth, maybe people around the world will finally speak up for the truth for once.”

He has previously claimed he was innocent of the conspiracy charges against Carole Baskin and has also reached out to Kim Kardashian for legal help, as well as NFL quarterback Joe Burrow.

Joe Exotic Says 'Tiger King' Ruined His Life

The 60-year-old recently spoke out about his docuseries, claiming it "ruined" his life and that it was the worst thing to happen to him. He went on to say that all the footage he filmed in the Netflix docuseries was intended for a separate project that he created years before 'Tiger King' came to be.

He is currently suffering from prostate cancer, which is believed to have spread to his bladder -- however, he refuses any further testing. Exotic also reportedly decided not to have the cancer treatment and signed a do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order, writing, “I want to stay here and just let it take its course.”

In addition to the charges made involving Carole Baskin, Exotic was also found guilty of animal abuse offenses, including selling multiple tiger cubs, killing five tigers, and making false records.
